On May 26 (Mother's Day;)) we took part in the International Dog Show organized by PKPR (Polish Club of Purebred Dog). The exhibition took place in Łowicz.
What an experience it was!!! We brought with us as many as 4 medals and 3 cups!!!

We were delighted with the exhibition itself, organized in a very friendly atmosphere. Much friendlier for the dogs themselves and their owners than those organized by the Kennel Club. These have always reminded me of excessive ambitions of breeders, tons of powder and varnish (friends of the ozone hole), dogs tied to trimming tables falling from them again and again, suffocating here and there.
In Łowicz it was different, calmer, the dogs entered the ring as they were standing (the day before they had been bathed and brushed). The judges themselves were very friendly - which was visible even in the attitude of the dogs towards the "groping". We also managed to establish friendly contact with other exhibitors, without envy, looking at each other with hostile eyes.
Of course, a much smaller event because there are fewer members than in the Kennel Club, but I've always been of the opinion that everything can be organized ... if you want.

Donnan at the exhibition was bathing in the river when a man approaches me.
he: "I don't want to interfere but this is a cesspool"
me: "Yeah???"
he: "Can't you see?"
I think: Well, you can't see or feel (at least for me)
And I'm still of the opinion "A happy dog is a dog that chooses the perfume he wants to smell"
