The term "socialization" is becoming more and more popular these days. Many breeders take them quite seriously, sometimes too seriously. From the first days of life, puppies are often exposed to too much stress related to early neurological stimulation, and then exaggerated socialization, which begins in full at 3 weeks of age when puppies go for a car ride for the first time. We play loud music, radio, gunshots, bangs. Acting in good faith, however, sometimes we do not realize how easy it is to overdo it with stimuli and how easy it is to get a result completely opposite to the intended one.
\nPuppies in the first weeks of their life, above all, need peace, a safe corner and a mother nearby. When we start working with puppies, we should never play them the radio at full volume and strange, loud, sudden noises. Puppies should not be intentionally wound up.
\nWouldn't it be better to introduce them gently into our world? Build a sense of security instead of throwing various stimuli from every side?
\nI invite you to watch the videos and photos with the participation of 5 week old puppies, for whom the so-called dog house was built. "enriched environment". Puppies are in contact with various stimuli, they get to know various objects, smells (boar, goat, fox), they have the opportunity to be in various places - on, under and even in the middle of an object. And that's supposed to make them feel good. Pieces of various treats are hidden in the square and the puppies are tasked with sniffing. See for yourself - how relaxed they are, how they activate their senses. Five-week-old puppies that don't go crazy, don't run, don't pull their ears, but sniff. In the distance you can hear music, but it is calm music or fairy tales for children where the lector speaks in a calm, subdued voice.
